Intimate City Wedding Shoot At Woods Quay

We were so excited when Valentina over at The Stars Inside approached us to create a stationery suite for this intimate city wedding shoot on the River Thames. Woods Quay is a gorgeous new wedding venue made up of a pier, three stylishly decorated event areas under cover, a pontoon, and a fleet of boats - the dream setting for our elegant hot foiled stationery.

We chose our Impasto suite to complement Valentina’s contemporary styling, mixing pink terracotta and beige tones for the brush strokes to match the colour palette for the day. The design theme carried through to the gold foiled menus with unique overlapping name cards and a luxury bar sign featuring his and hers cocktails. We couldn’t be happier with how this version of the suite came out and a big thank you to Valentina and all of the other suppliers who contributed to such a beautiful and coherent overall look.

The floral designs from Blooming Haus were totally up our street! Their confident use of colour and sculptural, organic displays are the exact style of floristry we dream of seeing our wedding stationery paired with.

Even on an overcast London day The Stars Inside managed to maintain the elegant yet relaxed feel to the day. The warm tones from the minimal yet chic tablescape, using various textures and materials complimented the venue perfectly.
