Shipping Policy

The standard lead time on the production of our bespoke items is 3-4 weeks so please allow for this when placing your order. To secure your booking you are welcome to order as far in advance as you like.

If you require delivery in under 3 weeks please email us prior to ordering and we will do our best to assist. Please note that we add a rush charge of 20% on to orders that will require dispatch within 2 weeks of purchase date.

Shipping costs are included in our prices. In general, our ‘On The Day’ items are shipped with Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm and are dispatched to arrive on the day specified when the item was added to the cart. Non urgent items may be shipped using other services and we cannot guarantee delivery on the exact day specified although we make every effort to ensure that they arrive on the day or before.

Return Policy

We cannot accept refunds for our personalised items as they are custom-made to order. However, if you find an item to be faulty please let us know as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue before your event. Please be sure to double check all spellings when supplying us with your guest list in case of any accidental auto-corrections as we will assume that all spellings are as intended.
